How are the cookies made?

All cookies are made in a licensed commercial kitchen in small batches. Dough is mixed, scooped, and baked fresh with a focus on consistency, quality ingredients, and texture. Many doughs are rested before baking for better flavor and structure. No preservatives.
 

Ordering & Lead Times

How far ahead should orders be placed?

Typical lead time is about one week, though production does not happen every week and availability depends on the current baking schedule and capacity. Larger or event-based orders may require additional notice.

Delivery Schedule

When do deliveries happen?

Most wholesale deliveries happen on Fridays. Portland-area delivery is available, and pickup may be possible by arrangement.
 

Minimum Orders

Is there a wholesale minimum?

Minimum wholesale order is typically 24 cookies. Mix-and-match flavors are available depending on production schedule and availability.
 

Packaging

How are the cookies packaged?

Cookies are individually packaged and labeled with ingredient and allergen information. Packaging is retail-ready and heat-sealed for freshness when needed.
 

Shelf Life

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Cookies are best within the first few days but generally have a shelf life of about 7 days when sealed and stored at room temperature.
 

Flavor Rotation

Do you offer seasonal flavors?

Yes. Alongside the core lineup, rotating “Baker’s Special” flavors are offered in limited batches throughout the year. Some flavors may be exclusive to select wholesale partners.

Availability & Capacity

Do you accept all wholesale accounts?

Not always. Production is intentionally kept small, so wholesale availability is limited and based on current capacity and overall fit.
