Orders and payments

Orders are prepaid through our Wix ordering pages or other payment methods we authorize. An order is confirmed when payment is received.

Pickup and refunds

All cookie sales are final. Because our cookies are handmade and perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed time and location. Missed pickups are not eligible for a refund.

Order-related messages

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive transactional texts, we may send messages about your order, such as confirmations, pickup reminders, and customer-service replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email crumbs@thiscookieis.com. Promotional texts are sent only to people who separately opt in.

Delays and issues

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or third-party services.
